You must not use Torbisgo to upload, convert, compress, edit, reproduce, or distribute videos or other media unless you own the content or otherwise have the necessary legal rights or permission to use it. This includes content protected by copyright, trademark, confidentiality obligations, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. You must not use our services to facilitate piracy or the unauthorised copying or distribution of copyrighted movies, television programmes, commercial videos, music, software, or other protected material. UK copyright protections apply to various categories of original works, and unauthorised copying or distribution can constitute infringement.

3.3 Malicious Files and Cybersecurity Abuse
You must not upload, transmit, distribute, or attempt to introduce:

  • viruses;
  • trojan horses;

You must not use our video processing tools as part of fraudulent or deceptive activity. For UK sanctions, the UK government currently uses the UK Sanctions List as the source for UK sanctions designations.

4.3 Suspension or Restriction

  • take other reasonable measures necessary to protect Torbisgo, our users, or third parties.

We may take immediate action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to address security threats, illegal activity, fraud, serious abuse, or risks to our infrastructure.
